Once we have determined the parameters of your project, we will present you with a written proposal. The proposal will include the various elements to be included in the website, a timeline, initial schedule of deliverables, and the price. We prefer to quote flat rates rather than an hourly rate. This way you know exactly what your costs will be and you can budget accordingly. Once the proposal is accepted , a detailed site map will be created. This is when you will provide us with written content, graphics, and any other collateral material that you have. Of course, our copywriters and designers are available to contribute their expertise if required. Next we will provide design for your final approval before the actual programming begins. Once we have completed the programming, we will enter the testing and final approval phase. When everyone is happy, and we're confident of zero defects, the site is launched.
